Noelle Whittington, E-RYT 500 + YACEP, is an author, yoga mentor since 2006, spiritual life coach, and musician. Although Noelle is based in Wilmington NC where she teaches and plays music for weekly Yoga classes, you can also catch Noelle presenting at International music events, facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga and Music Festivals, and Yoga retreats. Noelle is the creator and founder of Soul Alchemy Course, an online group coaching course based on Vedic Wisdom and community designed to help people find their purpose and live a life of fulfillment. She also offers music lessons, life coaching, mentorship programs for yoga teachers, and mantra and yoga philosophy studies programs both in person and online. Noelle is the Senior Trainer of the service-based Kunga Yoga School, where she has facilitated Yoga teacher training programs for 10 years, helping to raise over $100,000 for charities like Homes of Hope Orphanages in India, where she had led a group on a service-based retreat more than 5 times and has led more than 11 international Yoga retreats all over the world. Jess Hartmann, PT, DPT, E-RYT 500 + YACEP, is a physical therapist, medical yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and educator. Based out of Wilmington, NC, Jess owns and operates Integrative Rehab and Wellness, Inc., where she specializes in osteopathic manual physical therapy and yoga therapy. Jess also helped to develop the Minor in Yoga Studies at University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she currently teaches undergraduate classes. In addition to lecturing in the classroom, Jess has facilitated multiple international study abroad adventures to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama. Jess teaches Yoga Anatomy for 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training programs in the southeastern United States. She serves as the Chairwoman of the Board for Yoga Village, a local nonprofit that works to bring yoga and mindfulness practices to the community’s most vulnerable populations.
Tara/Viva Adventures:
Tara Tiedman is the founder of Viva Adventures, an international travel agency, based in Costa Rica, that has recently celebrated its 10th year of operation. Tara has designed hundreds of custom vacations and retreats and has personally led trips in seven countries. Tara is fully bilingual English/Spanish and lives full time in Costa Rica. In addition, Tara is a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC), Wilderness First Responder, Open Water Lifeguard and Former Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV). You’re in great hands with Tara’s 12 years of experience living and traveling in Central America.
